VARMEX® 2000 WELDING CAPS Varmex® 2000 is a fireproof textile that insulates against strong heat and can withstand 2000 ° C. for a short time without any structural changes in the material. Varmex 2000 has a low weight, while being soft, flexible and breathable. These properties mean that Varmex® 2000 provides ideal protection for people and is perfectly suitable for covering machines and products. Varmex® 2000 is used i.a. for welding. Gloves, jackets, caps, sleeves, aprons, leggings, etc. produced in different sizes and dimensions, adapted to the individual's needs in given work situations. For extra stressful work situations, the fabric can be quilted together with Varmex® V39 felt, which results in even higher thermal insulation. Varmex® 2000 is approved according to EN 11611 class I + II
