RE PA IR KI T 33 B 33A SER VICE MODULE 33 14 36 37 12 11 34 10 3M ™ Powered & Supplied Air Respirators Before Use • Ensure Battery is fully charged • Check airflow – Insert airflow indicator into Turbo outlet, turn on, if ball fails to rise above line change the filter and re-check airflow • Ensure Gasket is replaced every time filter is changed • Inspect Breathing Tube – ensure it is free from splits or holes. Replace if necessary • Inspect Belt – ensure it is free from splits or tears and the buckle is undamaged Monthly • Carry out all the ‘Before Use’ inspections and create record of this monthly check for the turbo Additional Checks • Listen for unusual motor noise.
