1. Methane Detection at a Distance • Lightweight and portable • Fast methane detection • Survey inaccessible areas • GPS logging Laser Methane mini Now with green laser for improved visibility

2. When lives and property are at risk and you need gas detection equipment that is totally reliable, you need Crowcon. For over 45 years Crowcon has been developing and manufacturing high quality products with a reputation for reliability and technical innovation. Crowcon provides both single gas and multigas monitors for personal and portable safety applications providing protection against a wide range of industrial gas hazards. Choosing the detector for your needs Remote Methane Gas Detection Laser Methane mini (LMm) is a compact handheld detector that can detect methane gas from a safe distance (30-100m). Utilising laser technology, methane leaks can be quickly confirmed by pointing the laser beam towards the suspected leak, or along the survey line. This revolutionary technology removes the need to access elevated places, under floor or other hard to reach areas. It is also ideal for surveying large open spaces e.g. landfills or along pipelines. Requires little or no training and is easy to use Truly portable - fits easily in your pocket! Clear visibility of where you are surveying, even under strong sunlight Clear and bright readout on screen Little maintenance required Ensures accurate and reliable reading, and eliminates downtime associated with conventional calibration For use with Android smartphones Save leak location information for later and find the leak easier next time with the photo function Laser Methane mini User friendly Point and shoot technology Compact and lightweight Green guide laser light Wide organic electroluminescence display Reliability No moving parts Automatic calibration on start up Records Bluetooth and Gasviewer app Location and camera functions in Gasviewer app Now with green laser for improved visibility NEW! LMm now ships as standard with a green laser guide light, which is more visible especially under strong sunlight. Laser Methane mini-Green (LMm-G) also combines the benefit of LMm with additional data storage functions and comes with Bluetooth capability, allowing connection to any Android device through the Gasviewer app. Important data like location, gas levels, date and time can then be saved or emailed to a central point. LMm and LMm-G are easy to operate and require little maintenance. An automatic self check and calibration ensures consistent performance and reliability every time the units are turned on.

3. Laser Methane mini detects methane by emitting infrared light and examining the light that is reflected back. Methane gas absorbs specific frequencies which LMm can use to calculate how much methane is present in the beam path. The infrared beam can penetrate some opaque surfaces, for example glass or perspex, allowing detection of methane through windows in locked rooms. LMm measures the average methane gas density along the path of the beam and readings are reported in ppm-m which is the product of the concentration of the methane cloud (ppm) and the length of the beam path (m). Applications: • Industrial and commercial property surveys • Emergency call out • Gas plants and pipeline surveys • Landfill gas monitoring • Road surface survey LMm LMm-G Mobile App Specifications: Gas Methane (CH 4 ) and methane containing gases Methane (CH 4 ) and methane containing gases Range 1-50,000 ppm-m (%LEL or % Vol available) 1-50,000 ppm-m (%LEL or % Vol available) Accuracy ±10% ±10% Detection speed 0.1 seconds 0.1 seconds Laser light colour NEW Green Green Detection distance 0.5m - 30m / 1.5ft - 100ft (up to 100m using optional reflective sheet) 0.5m - 30m / 1.5ft - 100ft (up to 100m using optional reflective sheet) Size 70 x 179 x 42mm, (2.8 x 7 x 1.6 inches) 70 x 179 x 42mm, (2.8 x 7 x 1.6 inches) Weight 600g (including battery) 530g (including battery) Battery Rechargeable ni-MH batery Rechargeable ni-MH battery Operating time Approx 4 hours Approx 5 hours Operating temperature -17 0 C to +50 0 C (1 0 F to +122 0 F) -17 0 C to +50 0 C (1 0 F to +122 0 F) Ingress protection IP54 IP54 Certification ATEX: II 2 G Ex ib op-pr/op-is IIA T1 Gb I M2 Ex ib op-pr/op-is EMC Directive Laser Class 3R:5mW Safe Area EMC Directive and R&TTE Directives Laser Class 3R:5mW Bluetooth No Yes Best Application Hazardous areas Outdoors under strong sunlight LMm (SA3C32A) : LMm-G (SA3C50A) : Measurement principles:
